Children >40 kg: 2 tsp three times a day.
Children: 7-12 y/o: (20-40 kg) 1 tsp every 4 hours.
Children: 5-6 y/o: (15.5-20 kg) 1 tsp three times a day.
Children: 2-4 y/o: (10-15.5 kg) ½-1 tsp three times a day.
Ingredients
