Children
6 months to 2 years old: initial dose is 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) per day. This may be increased to a maximum of 5ml (1 tsp) per day given two times per day.

2-5 years old: 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) twice a day of 5ml (1 tsp) per day as one dose.

6 years and older: 10ml (2 tsp) per day or 5ml (1 tsp) twice a day
