Product Usage
Use only as directed. For external use only. Apply on the chest, neck and back. For steam inhalation, add 1-2 teaspoons to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water (500 mL). Cover head with towel. Lean over bowl to form tent. Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes. Repeat up to 4 times per day for > 12 yrs or 2 times per day for 6-12 yrs.

Menthol 7%, Eucalyptus Oil 3.84%, Camphor 5.2%. Also contains: Turpentine Oil, Cedarwood Oil, Cardamom, Thymol, and Ginger in White Soft Paraffin base.
