How to Use
For the maintenance of good hydration. ?For daily electrolyte requirement in children, dissolve 1 Vivalyte sachet in 200 mL water then enjoy.
?For prevention of dehydration or maintenance of good hydration in children, contents of 1 liter (5 Vivalyte sachet) will provide 40 mEq of sodium, 20 mEq of potassium & 40 mEq of chloride
?For adults, 2 or more sachet depending on type of activity & intensity of workout
