Promo Details:
This promo is exclusively available to Watsons Club members. Tickets can only be claimed upon the purchase of any Watsons products, with at least one (1) participating product through the Watsons App.
For a minimum single-receipt net purchase of any Watsons products that includes at least one (1) participating product from the Watsons App, Watsons Club members will have a chance to receive a free ticket to watch the Watsons Playlist.
How to Avail of a Free Ticket via Watsons Online:
1. Download the Watsons Mobile App or log in via https://www.watsons.com.ph/ and register as a member of the Watsons Club for FREE.
2. Buy any Watsons products that includes at least one (1) participating product via Standard Delivery through the Watsons app or website. The FREE ticket will automatically be applied once the minimum purchase requirement (MPR) is met.
- Infant milk products are not included in this promotion.
- Make sure to reach the minimum purchase amount, exclusive of delivery fees, for your chosen ticket type. For example, purchase six thousand five hundred pesos (PHP 6,500) worth of items to receive a VIP Seated ticket. Remember, one (1) transaction per checkout is equivalent to one (1) ticket.
- Other delivery methods such as Cash on Delivery, Express Delivery, and Click & Collect are NOT applicable to this promo.
3. The free concert ticket will automatically be added as a GWP (Gift with Purchase) based on the basket price (exclusive of the delivery fee) at the checkout. Please ensure that the GWP promo is included before proceeding with your order.
Watsons Club Members will receive their Watsons Playlist Unique Redemption Code (URC) from Watsons Online via their registered email address within seven (7) business days after successful payment of the order.
Note: Unique Redemption Codes (URCs) from cancelled orders will be voided.

4. Use this Unique Redemption Code to redeem your e-ticket and select your seats via the Ticketnet website (https://www.ticketnet.com.ph/) starting October 11. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and minimal ticket redemption fees will apply.
Cut-off period for ticket redemption:
- For orders/purchases completed and validated from Sept 30 – October 20 – cut off is on October 30
- For orders/purchases completed and validated from October 21 – November 22 – cut-off is on November 26
Promo period of availing tickets via the Watsons app/website starts on September 30, 2025 until November 16,2025 only, or until tickets are sold out.
WATSONS APP QUEUING REMINDERS
- Users on the Watsons App or Watsons Website will be automatically redirected to the queue room after a certain period of inactivity.
- Users in the queue room will be automatically re-queued if they do not start their session on the Watsons App or Watsons Website after a certain period of inactivity (15 minutes).
- When a user checks out and successfully accesses the Thank You page, the website will redirect to the queue room after 15 seconds.
Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotional offer is only available to Watsons Club members who make successful purchases via Standard Delivery through the Watsons Mobile App or Website. Validation of purchases and issuance of the Unique Redemption Code (URC) will be completed within seven (7) business days after payment of the order.
2. Purchases made in order to qualify for the issuance of the URC and/or the ticket are NOT subject to returns, refunds, and/or cancellations. Customers may contact Watsons PH Customer hotline in case of product concerns relative to the foregoing purchases.
3. Only one (1) URC is issued for every qualified transaction, regardless of the total order price or number of items covered by the said qualifying transactions. Each Watsons Club member may avail up to a maximum of three (3) URCs, via the corresponding required three (3) separate qualified transactions. This is to give a chance to other members.
4. Watsons Club members with validated purchases following the above requirements shall receive an email containing the URC. In case of multiple valid purchases, the corresponding URCs shall be released via separate emails. To prevent any fraud / misrepresentation on the release of the URC via email, the URC are only released through playlist@watsons.com.ph and/or Watsons.customercare@watsons.com.ph. Except for the ticketing and administrative charges that Ticketnet may collect from the Watsons Club member upon redemption of the concert ticket using the URC, there are no other fees or charges for said concert ticket.
5. For avoidance of doubt, the URC is NOT the final concert ticket. Watsons Club members to whom URCs are issued are still required to visit the Ticketnet Website to get their concert ticket (in the form of an e-ticket) using the URC, and to book their preferred seats. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. There will be cut-off period for concert ticket redemption with Ticketnet:
- For orders/purchases completed and validated from Sept 30 – October 20 – cut off is on October 30
- For orders/purchases completed and validated from October 21 – November 22 – cut-off is on November 26
7. Children under 7 years old are NOT allowed to enter the event venue for safety reasons. All minors are NOT allowed at the VIP Standing section. All minors must be at the seated section only. Unaccompanied minors (ages 7-17) may enter the venue if they have a signed waiver beforehand to be presented upon entry. Waivers are also available at a designated help desk located at the venue on show day. NO SIGNED WAIVER, NO ENTRY is strictly followed.
8. Employees of Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. & Family Health & Beauty Corp., their advertising and PR agencies, as well as any other third-party suppliers and contractors involved in the event, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the raffle promotions.
9. Please be reminded that Senior Citizen and PWD discounts on the concert tickets are not applicable since the concert tickets are free, upon purchase of the minimum amount required.
10. The free concert tickets are NOT intended for resale. Watsons Philippines is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from unauthorized sale of tickets or merchandise from this promotion. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any tickets that are deemed fraudulent or sold through unauthorized channels.

1. How do I get tickets to the show?
- Tickets can be availed through the Watsons App or Website. Once you reach the minimum purchase amount for your chosen ticket tier, you're eligible for a FREE ticket—limited to one (1) ticket per transaction. Redemption is done via the Ticketnet website, where a service charge applies. Only Standard Delivery orders made by Watsons Club members are eligible.
2. Which delivery method are available for me to avail the Watsons Playlist ticket?
- All orders must be checked out via Standard Delivery.

3. When will the tickets be available?

5. Are all the section/ tier seated?
- Members can reserve and choose their seat upon claiming physical tickets.
- VIP Standing queuing numbers are based on the date and time of your ticket redemption. Release of queuing links will be available 1 week before show day.
- General Admissions is free seating and is on a first come, first served basis on the day of the concert.
6. How do I redeem my Watsons Playlist tickets?
- Visit http://www/ticketnet.com.ph/ and encode your unique redemption code (URC) in the space provided, select your seat tier, choose your seat and check out.
7. When is the start of ticket redemption?
- Ticket redemption through the Ticketnet website will begin on October 11.
- For orders completed from Sept 30 – October 20 – cut off is on October 30
- For orders completed from October 21 – November 22 – cut-off is on November 26
8. How many tickets can I avail?
- Maximum of one (1) ticket per transaction. You can avail of multiple tickets under one (1) account, but one (1) ticket only per transaction or checkout. Only a maximum of three (3) transactions per account are allowed.
9. Until when can I avail tickets?
- Watsons App/Website selling is until November 16, 2025, or until sold out
- For URC redemption, for orders completed and validated from Sept 30 – October 20 – cut off is on October 30
For orders completed and validated from October 21 – November 22 – cut-off is on November 26
10. Is there an option to upgrade my ticket?
- None. The ticket tier you chose upon checkout is final and unchangeable.
11. Is there an option to refund my ticket?
- Tickets are non-refundable.
12. Can I redeem tickets for other people?
- Yes, to redeem tickets for other people. Same process on how you will claim your ticket via TicketNet website.
13. Will there be queuing for VIP Standing ticket holders on concert day?
- VIP Standing queuing numbers are based on the date and time of your ticket redemption. Release of queuing links will be available 1 week before show day.
14. How much is the ticketing charge upon redemption?
- Customers are required to pay the ₱50 Ticketnet website service charge upon redemption of their ticket. No other fees will be charged.
15. How of I know if my unique redemption code is valid?
- Only unique redemption codes received from playlist@watsons.com.ph or Watsons.customercare@watsons.com.ph are considered valid. Any other codes released by other sources will not be accepted.
16. Will e-ticket be enough for me to enter the venue on concert day?
- Yes, your e-ticket will be enough for you to enter the convert venue. Printing physical tickets is not required, and it is at the discretion of the Watsons Club members.
- If a Watsons Club member chooses to have their tickets printed, a ₱50 printing charge will apply. They can visit the Ticketnet booth at the Yellow Gate of the Smart Araneta Coliseum
17. Can we issue a replacement for lost tickets?
- We will not be liable for lost tickets. Lost tickets cannot be reprinted, replaced, or refunded. Please ensure you safely keep your tickets until show day.
